Dangerous parking outside school

Most mornings before school the same cars park directly opposite The Hill Primary school on the solid white lines to drop off their children to avoid a 30 second walk from the parking available further down the road.

This is an area with yellow zigzags on one side and solid white lines on the other.

This makes it dangerous for children riding to school, and also dangerous for children walking to school who use the footpath through from the main road which exits at this point (and already has limited visibility due to the high fence on the adjacent house).

Please can the parking restrictions be enforced on this road at school drop off and pick up times to avoid an accident?
