Parents/Members of the public parking on School Yellow Zig Zag lines

Parents and members of the public are parking on the yellow zigzag lines at various times throughout the day. This is worse at the School opening time 08:30-09:00 and at pick up time 15:00-15:30 but is also a problem throughout the day. We have tried to cone off the area at the bottom of the road to protect the children and prevent parents driving up the road in the morning. Various communication has gone out to the Parents regarding dropping and picking up children. The whole road area is becoming very dangerous which ever way we try to manage it and we require advise and support from council/police/authorities to manage the situation. Residents are also complaining about the issue and are very concerned about child welfare.
