Blocked pavement from construction works

The pavement on this road has been blocked for years by the construction work. It’s quite dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians, particularly at the point where the cycle path abruptly ends and the pavement narrows on the corner by the roundabout. It feels like little progress has been made for a long time.
