Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8185602.

New tenants have moved into the safe house 9 Aspall walk on 17/09. Since they have been in there, the noise disruption has been ridiculous. The police have attended due to them fighting and a teenager was arrested for disturbing the peace. All residents want these people moving. It is not acceptable for working citizens to be kept up until 3am every night when they have jobs to go to. This needs sorting ASAP
