I reported that a bin was broken in Newsham Park on 23 July (ref. no. 6224752) and I received an email saying it would be inspected by 30 July. However, this bin has not been repaired even though I reported it again 2 weeks ago. Please repair or replace this bin because the rubbish scattered near to is attracting vermin.
