No hard standing for public at this bus stop and in bad weather you need to stand on mud

The bus stop is outside on the grass verge of Court Farm Camping. There is no shelter or hard standing for the public to stand on. When it rains you are standing in mud as the grass is always worn away and there is a dropped kerb for prams and wheelchairs to cross the road in front of the bus stop sign. If some concrete slabs or stones could be put down it would be far better and even a litter bin would help as members of the public put rubbish in the hedge and on the floor. This was reported a few months ago but nothing has been done and I did not receive a reply.
