Dangerous junction out of Sandon St

This problem has been prevalent for the 2 years I have lived here.

Cars are parked up down one side of Junction Road, so it's effectively a one-way street. It's hard to turn out of Sandon Street safely. You can't see past the vehicles parked immediately at the junction.

It is an accident waiting to happen.
