Barrier has become unfastened

And keeps being blown into the road. I reported this over a week ago on OCC web forms and yet nothing has been done to rescure this barrier. It is extremely hazardous and could cause damage to passing vehicles if a gust of wind blows it out into the road. I have now on 4 occasions had to stop and get out of my car and push it back out of the road. This needs urgent refixing before a vehicle is damaged.
