Illegal parking again

Another morning, more illegally parked cars on double yellows parked over entire footpath. Had to walk in the road with my children yet again. Parents sat in the cars watching and intimidating if you dare to question them. Where on earth are the traffic wardens- a child was killed as a result of illegal parking metres from here, and yet nothing is ever done to prevent a recurrence. An accident waiting to happen- even worse at 3:30pm every day
