Cannot walk past theses property due to years of over grown hedges. Mothers with push chairs from school pushed to walk on the mud and grass

  • Still hedge covering half of this public footbpath mote over 20 meter back a hedge is covering over half of the public foot path. You can clearly see the post of the properties eith cut the hedge back inn30 days or it's done by highways and a bill sent to the resedents address

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
