The Parish Council had a meeting with the Highways Rep and we looked at the poor condition of Mill Lane from the White Horse pub down to the bottom of the hill. The edge has deteriorated, it is sunken in places and there are long ruts. Please can you do a complete survey of this stretch to sort out all areas which do not comply.   • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
