Food and paper bin opened and used to dump general waste. Unable to recycle appropriate material.

Food and paper bins no longer secured and general rubbish put in them instead of recycling making it impossible for me to recycle paper and food waste. General bins and cardboard bin also overflowing.

Residents of the Triangle seem to be using these bins ?are just for Byron Place and Upper Berkeley Place.

Please replace opened bins with recycling bins that have a secure lock
