Fence built on highways land

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8175238.

Fence is built up to road on land I believe is highways. This causes a massive issue as vehicles leaving the property now have to put a nose into the road before having visibility. Secondly owner is now parking vehicles on the road which causes a separate hazard.
