Extensive amount of waste strewn across the public footpath and western end of Queen's Parade highway. Large commercial wheelie bins are overflowing, litter everywhere, potentially includes human waste (nappies) etc. Its directly next to a school playground and on the entry and exit route to the primary school via a public footpath which has a high level of footfall. It's gross, unhyegivnic and a risk to human health. Please remove all waste (and bins which appear to have come from out of nowhere i.e. possible fly tipping/unauthorized dumping of bins) as soon as possible please. Thank you.
