Head on collisions likely due to out of place central line

Reported in the Roads/highways category anonymously at 17:17, Sat 30 April 2016

Sent to Norfolk County Council 3 minutes later

At the road widening on Horning Rd, just after entering the 40 mph limit east bound, the road has been moved sideways to make a wide cycle track. The central white line has not been moved. The east bound lane is too narrow for vehicles, which are in danger of being hit head on by west bound traffic. This is very dangerous. West bound traffic is not always realising that their lane has moved.
