England flag loosely flapping on lamppost and Pub sign

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8172635.

There are two unauthorised flags attached to a lamppost and pub sign that have been erected without H&S authority or awareness and are now somewhat precarious following strong winds. Suggestion to move to the Church so to not waste flags and erect with due care in mind - rather than no thought to others safety.
