Bridleway gate fixture

Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8172498.

This bridleway by sheep fieldhas a gate that you can't open from a horse and is broken. Even by hand difficult. Been reported repeatedly before.

    The gate fixing is too low and inaccessible to open from a horse or pony - see photo. The fixing has a latch that is not meant for a bridleway and needs to be exchanged for a horse accessible latch

  • This gate has not been fixed. It is not possible to open or close gate from a horse - this is a bridleway.
