Over grown bushes and wasp nest

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8169285.

The bushes along the wall opposite lodge lane are growing rapidly and causing scratches on car parked next to wall.

There is also a wasp nest with the wall which has a large number of wasps present.
