Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8169102.
One of our drivers was recently injured while delivering to Glasgow Central Station, vehicle was parked in the loading bay on Hope Street and stock was being moved to the station service area entrance gate on Hope Street. The pavement from the loading bay to the service area entry gate is in a poor state of repair. There is a large pothole directly in front of the service area entry gate that hinders the movement of all wheeled delivery loads. There is kerb damage close to the service area access road, this area also floods with rain water. The area from the loading bay to the service entry gate is no more than than 10m in length but is extremely hazardous when attempting to move delivery products safely.

Our drivers have reported that this area of pavement has deteriorated even more and is now worse than ever. Deliveries to this location are extremely difficult and another accident, as has happened in the past at this location due to the poor state of the pavement, is more likely to occur in the near future.
