Road falling to pieces - needs resurfacing

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8168792.

The road at Brummell Drive, Creigiau, Cardiff needs resurfacing.... each close either side of Brummell Drive has been resurface, these are both Queen Charlotte Drive and Heol Pant Y Gored but Brummell Drive has for some reason been ignore .... the surface of the close is very old, battered, falling apart and has potholes.

Doesn't need a full replacement, just the top done and sealed.
