Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8168639.

Various items of rubbish including wooden planks, bin bags,and general rubbish propped against the alley gate door preventing people needing to use it as an escape door in an emergency. Rats have been seen i believe in that area.
