Hello

The drain in front of my house is blocked 124 ST Andrews Road , NN2 6HN, when crew arrives and the car is parked in front of the house please let them know they can know on the door and i will move the car. This drain has been blocked for quite a while know probably more than 6 months.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 4 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 26 weeks. Our current average response time for a Priority 4 repair is 59 days.
