Hedge completely overgrown as you can see from picture showing lamp post completely surrounded.

This is only bit of free parking in the cul-de-sac, the hedge used to be much further back, you used to be able to see both lamp posts completely. Its getting so bad now that cars are getting scratched when they park there and as they are having so park more into the road it is then impacting how easily people who like opposite can get off their drives. The grey astra in the picture is my sons car. The couple who live in the house whose wall is behind the hedge have tried to cut it back once a couple of years ago but they are elderly and have health issues.

A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner. In accordance with the WNC Network Management Plan, we will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
