Floods across the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8163853.

Every time it's rains hard the stretch of road after the bridge coming from southam road direction. The bridge that looks now odd as half tarmac half block work floods across both lanes there are 4 manhole covers there i believe so should be sufficient but as it dips the flood water is quite bad amd poses and threat to road users.
