Bus Stop shelter light broken and stop flag loose.

The light within the bus shelter is not functioning and hasn't been since at least January 2015. With buses departing as early as 03:15 am, it is vital for the shelter to be lit to allow for bus drivers to be able to see passengers waiting at the stop. This is something that is made difficult due to the street lighting being switched off at that time and the glare on the driver's windscreen from the interior lights of the bus making it more difficult to see and could potentially lead to passengers being left behind.
The bus stop flag is also loose and has been turned round by the wind making it less visible to drivers. This isn't as important as drivers know the stop location, but is still in need of addressing to avoid it potentially detaching altogether in the future.
Due to the darkness at such a time, I have been unable to take any photographs of the problems.
