Rats and nettles now in residence

Reported via desktop in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 12:10, Sunday 14 September 2025

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8162555.

Owing to past negligence (under guise of 'naturalisation') this residential-facing grass plot is now riddled with rat burrows, thus (obvs.) resident rats.

If you don't cut grass, this is exactly what happens - nature. Not wildflowers, but rats and nettles.

Which is not clever - especially given its location (every day nursery and primary age children use the adjacent pavement, and residents have enough to contend with given the continued deterioration of the former Whiteinch Burgh hall, long neglected by the council too).
