Growing pothole adjacent to power manhole

The road pavement have deteriorated significantly at drive entrance and the concrete placed around a 600x600 manhole for electrics is starting to break apart. This will lead to the manhole eventually shifting and cause greater damage. This problem can be easily rectified now before it leads to a greater cost to repair.
