Dear Sir / Madam Hi, I am son of Tazim Akhtar resident of 10 Divinity Road Oxford Ox4 1LJ . My mum is old and having walking and eye sight health issues. When ever is rain front of her house do gathered water flood the pathway area and water unable to drain quickly, do stay on path always days and weeks, which is not convenient for her, she has already slipped and fell down few occasions previously hurt herself badly and will do again in future if not repair sooner, also neighbours are suffering as well. We have took some pictures FYI and attached, as on the pathway public area, we can't repairs ourselves please kindly do arrange repair asap due to public health and safety serious concerns and any future incidents and some one hurt badly.
