Drain blocked foul smell

The drain by the underpass is completely blocked, water is not draining away. There is an awful smell. This photo is from pre summer when it rained heavily. It was due to be fixed but having walked past it this week it is starting to flood again, making the footpath unsafe & unusable for children trying to get to Scantabout school.

  • The drain is still partially blocked. Passers by have cleared it on the top to stop the flooding but everytime it rains the water level rises making the underpass impassable.
