Lifted paving slabs and very uneven surface

Reported via mobile in the Pavements category anonymously at 10:07, Saturday 13 September 2025 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 8159654.

I was walking along, time was around 10am on Clare St, near to Tesco Express. I tripped on a lifted paving slab. This caused me to fall very heavily on my right side. I could not get up or walk. I was helped by 2x members of the public. They helped me ro sut on a chair and called an ambulance. I was taken to the BRI and spent most of the day there. I did not see any warnings on the pavement advising an uneven surface. I badly bruised my left arm and have ligament damage in my right leg. I have been housebound since 1 September 2025 when the ambulance brought me home
