Large dents/chronic puddles on the pavement in front of 59 Northcourt Road

There are two large dents in the pavement just outside the driveway leading to 59 Northcourt Road - they regularly fill with rainwater creating large puddles which block the pedestrian exit from the property and partially the pavement itself, it is very inconvenient. They were there for quite some time, maybe 2-3 years.
