Overgrown hedge

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8158169.

My neighbours hedge is growing onto the pavement and causing an obstruction. They’ve cut it back but it’s still over the threshold of the pavement line. It’s also high and stopping light that from getting into my windows.
