Pedestrian crossing

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8157266.

There is onlly 1 light for the pedestrian crossing that is working, the lights are old and dull, and the road line markings for the crossing are almost non existent. While I wait for a lift on this corner 2 x times a week, I see near misses of cars not stopping for pedestrians as per the complaint I have raised. It is a really busy road, and a very busy crossing.

  • Thank you for your report. We have raised a job for us to attend to the belisha beacon not operating. You will need to report the condition of the painted crossing to the Highways Team.
