SORT THIS DANGEROUS ISSUE OUT URGENTLY!

To the surprise of nobody the giant water DANGER for pedestrians/cyclists hasn't been fixed, reported last year and for multiple years before. Last report said "We are pleased to inform you that the Parish or Town of Headington is scheduled for gully emptying in the first quarter of this financial year".
