Boundary Issue has not been resolved

The boundary between Sainsbury's & Hewett Lane is incomplete, and Sainsbury's is unwilling to finish the works.

The gap between the hedge row and the boundary fence is not completed and is now being used as a cut-through for pedestrians. This gap was not included in the plans, and the residents were reassured that the boundary would be completed to a satisfactory standard.

I believe we have a preservation order against this hedgerow that has been damaged during the building process.

Please confirm who is responsible for the repair and maintenance of the boundary and hedgerow.
