• The order for this repair has been raised with the Council’s contractor and remains outstanding within their planned schedule of works. he area has been made safe until permanent reinstatement can be carried out. Thank you for your patience whilst the necessary repairs are arranged.

• It is not acceptable that this repair has been outstanding for over 4 months (so far). Why has your contractor not dealt with this in any reasonable timescale? What action is being taken against them?
