Nobody cares. This report does not get seen as Bury Council no longer accepts them. There is no way of reporting stuff like this directly to Bury Council. They are not interested even when councillors are informed directed. Paths are now private driveways paid for with council tax. The police do nothing. The sad thing is that millions could be raised in fines that could improve local areas instead of being left as weed and litter infested car parks.
