Flags illegally placed on several lampposts between Egham and Thorpe

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8154471.

Flags placed on several lampposts leading to unpleasant environment due to association with recent racist and discriminatory anti-immigrant political movements. I find it upsetting seeing them each day and know others do too including children. Please can they be removed to prevent this area feeling hostile and intolerant. I have contacted Runneymede Council but they said I needed to contact SCC as it’s not their issue.
