Awful potholed section of tarmac

This has been “repaired” multiple times in the last few months and never once properly. It went from a pothole to a 1ft rise and now has all collapsed in and massive dip. Needs to be fixed ASAP a main road in oxford and terrible condition

  • The risk of an accident is very high, especially for a cyclist. Even motorists are driving around this uneven patch which puts them into the path of traffic on the other side of the road.

  • I didn't know about this pothole. Driving home late last night (Fri 12 Sep) on this poorly lit stretch of road, my rear left-hand side wheel suddenly went into this pothole with a massive impact. I was shaken. The underside of the car now needs to be checked.

    The combination of deep pothole and enormous bump is lethal, particularly to cyclists. I took these photographs this afternoon and local residents told me the pothole had been reported several times but not properly repaired.
