Abandoned wheel bin
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8153591.
There has been a grey wheel bin abandoned by the street light for the last 4 to 5 weeks , it did have rubbish in it all decaying , I believe it was being used by one of the houses near by ( putting out 2 bins ) which they now have the larger size one , so it just been left out on the street,
