This is the 3rd time I have reported this drain problem in the last year and still nothing has been done, when we have heavy rainfall my garage floods because this drain has not been cleared.

I’ve now reported this 3 times during the last 12 months and nothing has been done. I came home today to find my garage flooded with water again due to the drain not capable of clearing the rainwater, see photo of blocked drain.
