30 MPH Repeater sign is very faded, overgrown vegetation and leaning

A resident has complained that the 30 MPH Repeater sign on New Road is very faded, in particular is not picked up by headlights when driving at night. It has also got some overgrown vegetation and leaning slightly.
There is a VAS sign coming towards Southam from Woodmancote warning drivers of the 30 MPH speed limit, but this is the only speed sign on New Road coming from Southam through to Woodmancote/Bishop's Cleeve so the resident has noticed continous speeding along New Road.
It would be appreciated if the existing sign could be replaced with a new 30 MPH sign to remind drivers of the speed limit on New Road, in particular as it can't be seen after dark. Also bearing in mind the volume of traffic now using this road due to the A435 road closure.
Thank you.
