Flytipping. Gas bottle nexto dustbin

There is a big red gas bottle that has been dumped nexto the dustbin close to the bus shelter in Westbury Road. There are lots of young people taking the bus and waiting nexto the bin and bottle. Please remove the bottle as it may not be empty/not properly empty. It looks like the gas bottles the nearby caravan dwellers on Parry's Lane use. The dustbin is full of rubbish bags as well.
