New verge has encroached making road narrower

Recent works to connect a new water sewer for 45 Leckhampstead Road, have resulted in a much larger verge been created by all the waste spoil from digging the channel. The result is that the new verge encroaches onto the road making the road much narrower that it was previously. This will have an impact on road safety. Already there are tyre marks on the verge as vehicles have had to bank the verge. The works were completed this week.
