Serious trip hazard to the pavement

This is a serious trip hazard in the pavement outside my parents home. Both parents require the use of walking aids or a disability buggy to get down the road to the local shop. There are 3 bungalows next to each other that all have elderly occupants with mobility issues. Work on pavements close by on the same street is being conducted, but this problem has been overlooked. Please would you arrange for this issue to be resolved. Thank you

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Thank you for your enquiry. A qualified Highways Inspector has assessed the location and we can confirm that in accordance with the WNC Highways Inspection Manual, the defect meets the requirement for a Priority 3 repair. We will schedule a repair to be completed within 28 days. Our current average response time for a Priority 3 repair is 12 days.
