There is a man putting chairs out on the public highway to stop people parking he also said when I tried to park there that 15 cars have been keyed on the road so I parked abit further down the road and reported it to the police because I took it as he was going to key my car if I left it in the location it was parked he moans at everyone for parking there when there is no double yellow lines or single yellow lines it's the public highway
