Unauthorised Bin Placement

2 large euro bins have been placed opposite our business premises, the council have advised we need to report it to Highways but they said they cannot deal with this and referred us back to WNC Please can you speak with the owners of the bins Mr Fries restaurant as we do not believe they should have authority to store them on the public path opposite our business premises, it is causing a lot of fly tipping and looks unsightly for our staff and customers.
