Not uneven but hedge is taking up slot of pavement.

Hedge along pavement is being allowed to grow out which forces people to walk ever closer to the road. This needs to be cut back properly and the owners need to be instructed to do so as you can see from the photo it’s at least 2 feet out from the wall.
