Uneven surface for whole footpath

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8148006.
The footpath along this stretch of road is very degraded and uneven, making it dangerous to use ( I have badly sprained my ankle on this stretch of pavement in the past).
The street lighting is also inadequate, making it difficult to see where you are going, the best option at present is to walk in the road avoiding the pavement.
This has been an issue for several years.
