Uneven paving

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 8147969.

Sat 6 Sept. Twisted my right ankle on uneven paving slabs outside Boots on the Triangle. I fell injuring my ankle and knee, requiring spending most of Sun in various Emergency Depts around Bristol.

There are several reports of injuries on this stretch of pavement for months, this is a long standing issue.
